Nigerian Governor T.A. Oji at the Shrine - Okija Groto
T.A Orji is the new Governor of Abia state. He was 'elected' while in detention. As at the time of electioneering campaigns , T.A. Orji was at the Kirikiri Maximum prison, Lagos awaiting trial for multiple count charges of money laundering, fraud and conspiracy. He never featured in the campaigns to read out his action plans for Abia state. He was sworn in before May 29 while out on bail and he is now protected under the 'immunity' clause in the Nigerian Constitution against any alleged criminal misconduct.Now there are half naked pictures of him at a shrine as he went to swear allegiance to his political Godfathers/Godmothers at the shrine in secret ritual ceremony.
Do the gods at Okija shrine vote at election or the Nigerian people? Beats me!
Abia State politricks is noted for oath taking or swearing allegiance to some juju or political godfathers at Okija shrine -...Oath-taking.

This is wrong..I dont have a problem wit him practising his religion...But, someone like this swearing an oath of allegiance as a governor not to the court of nigeria, but to some ignorant,corrupt,selfish godfathers.

christainity, islam and traditional worshiping are all forms of religion.nigeria is a secular state and so , there is freedom of worship. lets not discriminate traditionl worshipping on the grounds that it is repugnant to natural justice
